as soon as youve successfully passed your real estate exam and have selected a broker. Getting organized rapidly is critical for finding started in
any organization and real estate is no exception. Well cover the way to make your list of contacts, make a schedule, and the best way to reduce
distractions and maximize productivity.
1. Make a list of absolutely everyone you know. Utilizing Microsoft Excel or perhaps a similar spreadsheet system(Google Docs gives a cost-free service in case you don’t
have Microsoft Excel) that could very easily be updated, commence adding the names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and physical addresses of everyone
you know. Appear inside your cell phone, address book, Facebook, LinkedIn account, and so on. A lot more is better! This list is going to initially be your
lifeblood so take the time necessary to make it as complete as possible. P.S. it is in no way too early to begin telling individuals you see and know
that you are now in real estate, you in no way know whos searching to purchase or sell.
